O'Neill Regional Park

Looking for a family friendly camp ground? That's affordable, yes please! That's local, yes please! That's fun, for sure! We headed to O'Neill Regional Park campground; located along Trabuco Creek and Live Oak Canyon.

This place is amazing with tons of live oak and sycamore trees all around. The campground is open year round and includes hiking, biking and horseback riding.

Campground: the camp sites are spaces, there's running water near by, fire pit, grills and plenty of room for your tent and car parking. The restrooms are super clean and warm water for showers that are free to use. Bonus x 2!

Playground: there's a fun playground for the kids with monkey bars, a slide, a climbing wall. Great for the littles and older kids!

Tips: make reservations 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Parking fee ranges from $3/day (weekday) $5/day (weekends). The park no longer provides firewood on-site; pre-purchase firewood prior to arrival.

Thank you Lin's for the fun adventure!
