Peters Canyon Trail

Looking to get outside, soak up some sun and get moving? We headed to Peter's Canyon Park in Tustin. Peter's Canyon has 3 levels of trails (easy, moderate and difficult).

The trails are great for walking, running, horses, and mountain biking. The trail is dog friendly but requires a leash.

Parking: free street parking on Peter's Canyon Road (make sure to read signs) or $3 (cash or card) to park in the lot.

Trail: We hiked the Peter's Canyon Creek Nature Trail (easy hike) perfect for children to explore. Look out for diabolical ironclad beetles (harmless from what we read)

Time: Plan approximately 40 - 60 minutes round trip

Note: There are restroom available in the park. One located near the lake; another outdoor porta potty. Make sure to bring water with you on the hike! There's shade on the trails.

Thank you mama Mandy for the tip!
